The Morning Dump: 5/1/12

Drinking hotel coffee and listening to the Foo Fighters this morning.  Bringing it to you.

After their loss to the Heat last night, New York Knick Amar’e Stoudemire had a crying screaming glass punching fit after the game and will be out for the rest of the playoffs.

How lucky is Paul Silas that he doesn’t have to return to the Bobcats?  Who is going to coach that team?  I believe that may be the worst job in sports now.

Is it me or does each team in the NBA playoffs have a major player injured, suspended or arrested?

I love the ESPN middle age white guy named Michael Jordan in Chicago commercial.  Those people are so disappointed.  The Asian delivery guy is the best.

Top 25 2011-2012 NHL Bloopers

Rangers rookie Yu Darvish is 4-0 and throws more high level pitches than any other pitcher in the game.  He is great to watch.

Man U and Man City are tied at 83 pts with 2 games left in EPL play after Man City’s 1-0 win yesterday.

Caps beat Rangers in OT to tie the series 1-1.  This series looks great and I hope it goes 7.  Alex Ovechkin played clutch.

Can the 2011 NL MVP give Matt Kemp a run?

Matt Kemp hit his 12th HR of April last night to lead the majors and Ryan Braun hit 3 HR and a triple last night.  Maybe Kemp will have some competition for NL MVP!!

  1. Amare is out for the rest of the playoffs? Well, that’s certainly news to the Knicks…

  2. The Knicks have only 2 games left because they will be swept. If the wound was bad enough that the team med staff couldn’t close it and the paramedics had to come it’s bad enough to miss a week.

  3. Amar’e just said there’s a “great chance” he’ll play Sunday. He must not read this site.
