Do you know what 6/6/12 on the Mayan calendar is? Wednesday!
Team “Grit and Balls” is all that and then some. The Celtics are a man’s team and the Heat are just a broken group that can’t pull out that something extra because they don’t have it. The Heat should be mad they are losing this series. They should be pissed. Instead, the Heat are sad, upset and concerned they are down. Maybe Dan Gilbert was right. I think the Cavaliers may get a NBA title before Lebron.
The Heat didn’t lose because of Lebron and Wade, so those people saying that can shut up. The Heat are losing because the Celtics are a better team.
Get ready for an OKC/Boston NBA final.
I love that the Orlando Magic are still selling the Dwight Howard “Loyalty” shirts. If you think they are selling them to try to entice Howard to stay you are grossly misjudging the humor of the ownership. They know Howard is gone and they are trading him. They are just getting some going away digs in.
The L.A. Kings are about to put the finishing touches on one of the greatest Stanley Cup playoff team performances ever. Jonathan Quick’s name should already be on the Conn Smythe Trophy (Playoff MVP) and New Jersey Devils 2012 Stanley Cup Champions gear should already be on a boat to Africa. This series is over.
Bryce Harper hit a walk-off single in the 12th to give the Nationals a 7-6 win over the Mets. Though happy he won the game, Harper was upset he hit 2-7 and had 2 k’s.
Get well Tommy Lasorda.
Try to check out the story of FC Start on ESPN’s Outside the Lines. Great and emotional story from WWII.
This will make Richard feel good but I going to say it anyway. I like Luke Donald at the US Open next week. It sets up well for him. I may like Donald but I am rooting for Dennis Miller. Check it out.
