Handicapping Week 7

These 2-3 weeks are starting to stack up, and thats not good. The weekend of upsets wasn’t good, especially if you invest in many of the favorites. I’ll try to do better this week.

Tennessee Titans +3 vs. Buffalo Bills

CJ Spiller averages almost as many yards per touch as CJ?K has gotten all year combined,  however, the Bills have at times looked atrocious. Look for the overpaid defense to get back on track this week against the Titans.

Take the Bills and give the 3.

Arizona Cardinals +6 vs. Minnesota Vikings

The Vikings survived the start of the season with smoke and mirrors. They scored on special teams and defense, and thats just not sustainable. Look for the newly dominant Cardinal D to tee off on Ponder and the Vikings.

Take the Cardinals and the points.

Green Bay Packers -6 vs. Saint Louis Rams

The Packers got back on track against the Texans last week, and I look for more of the same this week. The Rams are still in a bit of a transition period, and the better team will win this game.

Take Green Bay and give the points.

New Orleans Saints -3 vs. Tampa Bay Buccaneers

I bet Saints a few times at the beginning of the year and they burned me. This week, I’m going back to them. The Bucs are playing inspired football, but the Saints offense has been rolling, and the defense has had two weeks to prepare for the one dimensional Tampa team.

Take the Saints -3.

Jacksonville Jaguars +4 vs. Oakland Raiders

Carson Palmer has been quietly putting up the best stats of his career with the worst supporting cast he’s ever had. The Jacksonville team is bad at football. I look for Darren McFadden to get going and put up a monster day and the Raiders will roll.

Take the Raiders and give the 4.

Last week 2-3
