The Morning Dump: 11/12/12

The Lakers are going with Mike D’Antoni as their new coach and I think it’s a great choice.  I know Phil is a legend and all, but I believe the reports that he was wanting complete control over operations and wanted a limited travel schedule.  The triangle has never had a skilled PG and I think D’Antoni’s offense will fit this team better.

Brad Keselowski took the Chase lead after a crazy day in Phoenix.  Jimmie Johnson wrecked a car he fought all day and finished 32nd and is down 20 going to Homestead.  Kevin Harvick won his first race of the year and no one cares.  Clint Bowyer was wrecked by Jeff Gordon and then all hell broke loose between the drivers and their crews.  I hope Homestead is as exciting as Phoenix was.

The Rams and 49ers are still waiting on the field for the refs to come back out.  Someone tell these guys that the game is over.

The Falcons are undefeated no more and Roddy White says they gave it to the Saints.  Roddy White can’t shut up, can he.  Ivory = BEASTMODE

Charlie Beljan went to Disney and rode Space Mountain, had a panic attack and got his first PGA Tour victory.

Are the Eagles fans still wanting Nick Foles to start?

Can Tebow be a worse starting QB than Mark Sanchez?  Yes, he can.

The Dodgers have won the right to bid on South Korean pitcher Ryu Hyun-Jin for just over $25M.

I enjoyed some college basketball this weekend, but I don’t really care about what happens until after Christmas.
