2013 TSD College Football Primer Week 2

This week has an epic SEC East clash, a major in-state battle and maybe one of the last times we will see Michigan vs. Notre Dame.  It should be great.

Last Week Results: 8-4 with both my upset picks hitting with Western Ky beating UK and Clemson winning.

#9 Florida -2.5 at #24 Miami 12pm ESPNMiami

This game will show how good Miami can be in the ACC this season without having any impact on the ACC this year.  I look for the Hurricanes to give the anemic Gator offense a test and get the win.

W. Kentucky at Tennessee -13.5 12:21 ESPN Gameplan

WKU is undefeated vs. the SEC this year and they look to rack up another win on SEC soil today.  UT will be tougher than Kentucky, but I’m going with the Hilltoppers to cover and I’m making them my UPSET SPECIAL.

#6 South Carolina at #11 Georgia -3.5 4:30pm ESPN

The UNC offense tested USC’s defense conditioning and I’m sure UGA will try to follow that gameplan.  Like UNC, I think that UGA will fail in the end.  Murray is going to go down as a great college QB that just can’t win a big game.  South Carolina covers and wins.

West Virginia at #16 Oklahoma -21 FOX

I wish it was 2012, so I could see Geno and Austin in this one.  Oklahoma is the pride of the BIG12 and they will roll over WVU by 30.

#13 Notre Dame at #17 Michigan -3.5 8pm ESPNhoke

ND is using the same formula as last season, but they will find the road a bit unfriendly this season.  Michigan is a legit BIG10 contender and the Irish offense will not have enough to get them.

  1. I’m amazed, I have to admit. Rarely do I encounter a blog
that’s both equally educative and interesting, and let me tell you,
you’ve hit the nail on the head. The issue is an issue that not enough men and women are speaking intelligently about.
Now i’m very happy I found this in my search for something regarding
